      image My experience at Newberg Ford was very positive. I was going in for an oil change by myself(im a highschool girl) and the man I talked to was so kind and helpful. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. I wish i remembered to service concierges name because he deserves a specific shout out. I would recommend Newberg Ford to anyone that asked.

      image Have had my vehicles serviced here for years. Noticed a significant decline in customer service and value. Had my cars brakes and rotors changed 4 months ago. the car is only driven in town. Brought the car back today because the brakes were squeaking again. The tech said it was "driver error" and needed brand new rotors again! And wanted to charge me for me for new things they found wrong too! 2200 total. the guy was condescending and frankly a jerk. Taking my money elsewhere. Be wary.
