        Horrible! I have been renting from these slum lords for 2 years and I am glad to be officially moving! They do not take care of their property or mow the lawns or maintain the building in any way. Despite the fact that I and all my neighbors pay all our rent on time they still do not care. Do NOT rent from them! It is bullshit! They won't even call you back if you call! I tried calling and telling them about a few issues that were going on with the building and they never called me back. I have had to personally replace many different things in this apartment that are not even close to my responsibility. I would be completely willing to pay higher rent if they would be willing to even mow the damn lawn even once a month but they don't even do that! Save your self a big headache and never rent from this company!
