Liberty Management Group was wonderful to rent our home from. Everyone we interacted with are kind, responsive, helpful and they ensure the property is in good condition. They are a solid group of processionals that truly care about their properties and tenants. I would rent from them again. Thank you!!

While the grounds and units are amazing and the office team is also amazing. The manager from the leasing company is not. I'm in process of getting a lawyer due to discrimination based on income , and disability which are protected classes. We have housing which in 13+ years has been enough with our SSI for income. But he said housing would need to co-sign??? We asked all other hosuings orgs if that's ever happened and they agree it hasn't. Oh and any co-signed needs to make 5x full rent so 11k. In poor that would never happen. So we contacted FHCO and the law center. He claimed the buck stopped t him and when asked for his last name he said yo u don't need that and hung up on our housing case manager. I looked it up and it says Bill is owner not Greg. We have also got in touch with the areas representative and am going to get in touch with other reps. I may be disabled but I do have connections from various volunteering events I've done. He was very rude and wouldn't budge on working with us. Never had this issue and neither has housing.

We toured an apartment (that had been sitting vacant and listed for 5 months). Talked with the property manager about our timeline and move in date, everything seemed good. Filled out the application, and during the application process started getting messages from the manager about how we needed to fill it out faster as they had other applicants lined up and waiting, then when all the info was filled out and submitted we were told that they would not be able to honor our timeline but would be required to have us start paying rent within two weeks. I don't care what your rules or timelines are, it is highly unprofessional to neglect to mention your rules when someone is giving you information and then to wait until they've paid you $150 in application fees to give them new information on the timeline. We asked that they honor the original timeline (that was brought up multiple times with 0 objections on their end) and they refused, saying that they needed to fill the vacant apartment and had other people waiting. Highly unprofessional, and quite suspicious that as soon as we applied this empty unit that had 0 interest for 5 months suddenly has a line of applicants. Don't rent from this company, they are scuzzy. UPDATE: I added 1 star because they returned our application fees to us. However, it has been about 3 weeks since this all happened and the unit is still listed as available. This only cements my belief that when we were told there was a line of other applicants waiting, this was merely a pressure tactic to attempt to get us to commit and begin renting sooner. One of two things is true here: this unit is so undesirable and the company so poorly managed that they've driven away every potential applicant during the process, or they just straight up lied (which doesn't preclude the former statement from being true). At this point, even if someone else does take the unit they would most likely move in around when my household was planning to. I doubt this will happen, as the unit has been vacant for close to half a year now and is clearly not a hot commodity. This company could have made more money by being honest and staying true to their word, instead they lied and tried to use pressure to make a couple extra weeks of income only to miss out on that entirely (and potentially they have lost out on money they would have made next month too). Maybe they'll consider further evaluating their business practices going forward since what they are doing currently is clearly not that great.
