A Poodle Launderette

Based on pictures and what she did to my dog, this groomer does one style: poodle. My dog is only part poodle and I have never seen him look so ridiculous. I've been taking him to Nails to Tails but tried Poodle Launderette because it's much closer to my home. Prior to Nails to Tails I tried other groomers in Medford; my dog has never looked worse. But if you want your dog to look like a poodle, go here. I'll never go back.

Dottie did a a good very good job grooming our dog, that does not really like to be groomed. Prices are very good also.
Front of the store is a craft shop, so you can browse around there also.

Didnt actually take my dog here and wont be either. Called to see if this was the same place that had groomed my dogs several months ago as I didnt write it down, was spoken to in an extremely rude tone and attitude. Questioning me rudely and then telling me whatever call if you change your mind about scheduling. Poor attitude from the start. Wish I could give zero stars. Good luck with your business hopefully youll have a better attitude one day.

I took my 2 dogs here and Dottie was great with both of them and you can't beat her prices anywhere. She did a great job and I was very pleased!

I went in today to get my dog's nails trimmed. The groomer hit him to try and get him to "calm down". I will NEVER take my dogs there again. She needs to find another line of work, if she can't refrain from abusing the animals in her care. If you care about your pet, I would find another groomer.
