I called on a Wednesday due to seeing him driving around, he was quick to answer his phone and we discussed what I needed and the type of dogs I had. He scheduled for all 4 of my dogs for the following Friday at 5pm! Never received a confirmation message or call so on Thursday night I messaged him and confirmed we had an appointment the next day. On Friday morning he messaged me and apologized that he had a booking mishap and asked to reschedule for either Sunday or Monday. I asked to book for Sunday. Sunday comes around and then my appointment time of 2 comes and goes, no call and no text so I call him and no answer, message him no response, 2:30 I get a message stating Hello Melony, i came to your Appartment at 12p. I am unable to service your address due to the covered parking and multi-family style dwelling. There wasn't a clear view on google earth, so i came just to check. There is covered and tons of uncovered parking at my residence and when I gave him my address he could tell it was an apartment! I tried to get him to respond and be more specific on why he couldnt service my address, no phone call back and no text response. This is a horrible way to run a business! I didnt know that there was limitations to a mobile grooming business.

We had an appointment for 10a.m. he literally confirmed it and we were texting an hour before, I saw him drive up and down my street 4 times 20 minutes before our scheduled appointmen, he never stopped at my home address that I gave him and never returned the 4 calls when we tried to find out where he was. This man straight up ghosted us and still haven't heard from him 6 hours since our scheduled appointment.

Called 4 different times on 4 different occasions , left messages and even sent a text. No return call or text.

This is the best service ever. I think he is a dog whisper. Our dogs love him. We think he's the best!
