Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. My family was insured by Michael for years and so I chose to get my first personal plan through him as well. Multiple times I had difficulties providing proof of insurance to rental agency due to Michael's complete lack of communication. Eventually I moved companies to another company. Three month after I had canceled my Country plan I received a notice that I had been sent to collections for not paying my country plan that was no longer in existence. Since then I have tried to contact Michael for the last 2 months with no progress. I have had to resort to my current agent helping me deal with the issue. Michael has been not been attentive and very unprofessional to work with I would not recommend.
