        Just got off the phone with them. I had a work liability policy for almost 3 years through them and liberty mutual. No issues. However when I called to cancel, both women on the phone were rude. The girl that answered the phone to direct my call was dumb, and the lady who took my call for the cancellation (I wont share her name) had me on speaker phone so I could barely hear her, then when I said Im sorry Im having a bad time hearing you she coped an attitude and was rude for the rest of the phone call. Just gross customer service demeanor.

        Very helpful when my parents passed away. I eventually took them on for my house. Had a possible issue that they were ready to help. I didn't have to do it in long run. They were also helpful when I closed out my insurance and sold my home
