This place was nice, right on the beach, kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and cookware, but I only gave 3 stars because it was over priced for what it was. I mean for $800 for two nights, I'd at least hope they'd spring for two ply and not make me clean before I left and then still charge a cleaning fee in the price.

Rented a beach house for a family vacation. A first vacation for the littles and a much needed vacation for parents, aunt and grandma who had not been back to the coast in over 20 years.
The porthole rental had been the perfect vacation spot for everyone. The littles enjoyed rock hunting during low tide with the beach being a short walk down a gravel path and grandma enjoyed the deck and watching the crashing waves. The property had a hot tub to help soothe tension after a 5 hour drive to get there. The kitchen had all the cookware that anyone would need for cooking meals at home. The home was very clean with pleasant touches scattered throughout to make you feel welcome. We will be going back again!
