I felt the good intentions, but I do not believe this to be a functional property management company. One bed was dirty with hair and dirt on the sheets, the other only had a top sheet. I paid the fee for extra people, however we only had 2 towels. The pull-out couch was very gross, and nobody felt comfortable sleeping on it. Communication was slow and insufficient. I had to reach out directly for the address and how to check in, once we arrived the code was wrong and we could not access the property. Overall I had to make 7 phone calls to solve problems. I never had access to my reservation details and therefore had no information (ie. wifi login, check-out instructions, etc.). I reached out to the management directly after my reservation and never heard back. Looking at other Airbnb reviews these seem to be reoccurring problems that are easily avoidable.

We went and stayed at the nelscott manner in Lincoln city in the euro suite. First problem was I had to call and ask for instructions on how to check In to our room , secondly they did not give a room number . Each room was supposed to have its own personal.code that is changed between guests. Since they had not given me a room number I went to the room I thought was ours and punched in the code it worked I opened the door and there was other guests in the room ... I contacted sweet heaven and they got me the correct room number and my code did not work so they sent someone over to reprogram it. We got in the room and I noticed a bit of black mold in the window seal of the room I notified them of this and they told me sorry they had been waiting on window cleanee ..... the hot tub is supposed to be cleaned in between each guest and was not there was a lot.of.sand in the tub.... I did reach out and let the office know about the issues they simply came up with excuses and said they hoped o had a good stay. I would not recommend this stay to anyone . I understand being short staffed but there should never be black mold in a place you are renting out ....

This place isn't terrible.. but it's lacking in so many areas that we just aren't impressed and won't be returning. The condo itself is cute, but so cramped and full of furniture that it's hard to be comfortable. The wifi password wasn't posted, and the 4g was very spotty there. The apple tv froze and we couldn't get it working again. The bed was so uncomfortable. There's one parking spot and someone else parked there and we had to find another place. To top it off, there's just no communication. The place was done being cleaned early, as we arrived an hour prior to our check in. But the lock is timed and we weren't allowed in until 5!! We paid for that day.. that check in time is just too late. Especially considering they were finished cleaning it early. It would've been nice for them to text us to inform us it was available earlier. No checking in with us while we were there. Just form letter emails giving us a ton of instructions on check in and check out. Very impersonal. We will not be back.
