I have been a customer for years and the teller was incredibly rude about me wearing a hat. Their was also another customer sitting at a table wearing a hat. To hell with this place. I'm going to close my account and try to refinance my loan.

So I have to take my hat off and the teller was very aggressive about it yet its ok for him to have a mask/face covering on? Was considering doing business there but with how I was treated and how impolite the teller was Ill take my business elsewhere and not return.

As a safety precaution for our members and employees, we do require everyone to remove their hats, hoods, and sunglasses.
