Calling them gets answered by someone at another branch, so info isn't accurate like lunch hours or if someone is available. I walked-in at 2:30 and the guy who opens accounts was at lunch. I thought it was strange that all the lobby chairs are facing the parking lot. I came back an hour later and was able to set up an account with Michael. He was very nice.

Great place for banking staff are friendly, courteous and professional. They went out of their way on helping me. Caught me by surprise and I am so very thankful.
Banking with our local credit unions is easy convenient and personal in HANDLING MY MONEY. All those other banks don't care about you, the staff may, but when it comes down to corporate, forget it, your just a nobody to them.
So, thank you everyone at the Lebanon Central Willamette credit union. TLC
