Due to the fact that I've had success with my art work here; I was willing to pay a (ridiculous) $17 per 8x10 mat as I believed they would be of high quality. I was recently terribly disappointed by my experience. After waiting over 2 weeks, he cut them in 5 minutes. They were not of high quality. When I tried to talk to Bryce the next day about the quality, he was rude and condescending. He refunded my $51. But, I'm sure that was due to the customer that was currently in the store. While I tried to shop local, it did not work this time.

I am a custom framer and work at a gallery myself. I have to say I AM SO IMPRESSED BY THE BUSINESS THAT BRYCE DOES! I had the opportunity to pop in and just talk shop with Bryce! He is a CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I love talking to a cohort in the same industry that is just doing GOOD WORK! To anyone reading this I hope you know that this is THE HIGHEST COMPLIMENT THAT I CAN GIVEFROM SOMEONE THAT KNOWS THE INDUSTRY!Please feel safe going to this guy! He is passionate about his work!

Amazing place. I bought some art from there and they mailed it to my home in South Carolina. Bryce was very nice and took care of everything. The art sold there is beautiful and the artist should charge much more for her work. Would definitely buy from there again. Great service

Cutest store ever. Great art and homewares. Was there this weekend and then lamented not purchasing something for a family member's birthday. Called the store and Bryce helped me, even texted a photo of the specific item to me, and dropped it off to be mailed for me. It will arrive with PLENTY of time to spare for the birthday! I can't believe how responsive, kind, and helpful Bryce was. Will be going back next time I am in Hood River to support this great shop! Thank you!

Bryce Jenkins did an outstanding job. He took beautiful pictures of our wedding day. There is always a plan A, but it never seems to go perfectly. Our wedding was like that and Bryce was impressively fluid. Our photographs were stunning and in the end it was beautiful. Bryce was a huge part of that.
