Picture This

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY FOR FRAME WORK!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Long story short we went to him for a big important project but 6 months later ended up making him give us the art back. He told us we would have to sue him to get the money back. So we just gave him our money so we wouldn't have to deal with him any more. He is in no way professional he uses personal excuses as the reasons why he cant get things done.

We have had very difficult times with these people- we brought a picture in for custom framing- agreed on it but 7-8 weeks later no progress we are very upset they dont return our calls - this was a picture of a family member a dog family who lost their life tragically we have had nothing but run around from this store - we live way far away in Government Camp

Terrible craftsmanship and even worse customer service! I had a horrible experience with this frame shop. After ordering our custom frame, it took months for the materials to come in and there was no communication from the shop. They seemed bothered when we would call for updates. Once the materials arrived, it took weeks for them to build the frame and once they did we had to take it back because the corners of the frame were not set properly and were separating. They tried to blame this on my wife for driving home with the frame even though she drove less than a mile with it. We had to fight with them to repair the frame even though we had it out of the shop for less than a day and spent hundreds of dollars on it. They finally repaired it and we took it home. Now a year later the corner is separating again. I would give less stars if I could.
