        The staff here broke the law. My wife and daughter made it verbally clear certain questions on their questionnaire were not age appropriate, yet the staff went on to deceptively separate our daughter from her mother then pressured her to answer them despite her repeatededly telling them she was uncomfortable through the process.

        The staff is unorganized and confused. My very sick son was seen, prescribed medication and sent on his way. I asked for a virus panel and the doctor wouldn't do it. Instead he put my son on antibiotics and steroids. They told us which pharmacy they sent it to and that pharmacy has no record of our prescription. Our prescription is missing. This clinic does't have an after hours number to find out where they sent it. OHSU's main number won't help us unless we take our son to the ER. That would be $250.00 more dollars more and hours in a waiting room for there mistake No thank you.
