Providence Immediate Care - Tanasbourne

The waiting time here is too long. They called for a triage after 30 mins and made us sit in a room for more than 1.30 hour with crying kid stuck inside. When checked with the nurse one replied people are waiting for more than 2 hours. You have to wait. When we checked in the person at the counter told us 20 mins wait time. If they have informed early we would have gone to different location.

Only come here if you want to be treated like a clown. They didn't listen to me or address anything I asked about or thought was an issue. They were very dismissive and judgemental. Very hostile environment. I tried to push for answers at the end and wasn't given an explanation. I have bad asthma, and it was part of the problem, but they kept talking over me and wouldn't listen or explain. I had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to come in for 5 minutes to glance over me. I can't come back to Providence after being treated like a dog.

Have gone here a few times and received prompt treatment and they billed outside no problem. Probably going to go here again soon for another issue.
