Amber and her team have been great and are consistently quick to respond to my requests. I have General liability coverage, commercial coverage, Washingtons contractor bond, Oregon contractor bonds, and workers benefit bonds through Country Financial. Amber was able to sort out these coverages whilst online retailers wouldn't properly take the time to cover my specific needs. Thank you Amber!

I've been working with Amber for many years and thought it was time to provide some feedback. So far I've not been disappointed, I'm Thankful for the long term relationship I've had with Amber and Country Financial. In terms of experience with Amber I have required extra help on a few issues that I caused which Amber found and told me about before my coverage was removed. Amber helped me work out a coverage plan and ensure everything was taken care of while the details were being worked out. Sometimes I do get told things I don't want to hear and ask for a detailed explanation with cost association etc. Each time the feedback is correct and the policy changes were needed. When I reach out with some issue I get a timely response, which is very helpful. I never have to wait long which is very important to me! I'm glad for the help and hope to continue the partnership going forward. Thanks!
