Guillermo was excellent. I had overbooked myself and had to make an appointment with the DMV to register my vehicle and had a very limited timing window in which that was possible. He was able to help me and got me a better quote than I had found on the Country Financial website. He was friendly and positive every step of the way.

He has excellent customer support and assists in combining your insurance needs for the best deals possible. He has been involved in every step to help me decide on insurance that works for both my rental home and my car. Recently I sought out a life insurance policy in which he set up with a monthly payment that is within my budget too!
