My spouse and I recently switched from an insurance company that we got little to no service from. The customer service from Jake Mead and his amazing staff was 10 out of 10!!! Regrettably I was recently rear ended, and when I walked into their office, I was met with concern, kindness and empathy! Along with that AMAZING fact that Eva had filled out the DMV paperwork for me so all I had to do was sign paperwork. They gave me next step instructions along with what to expect. I couldnt be happier with and its such a refreshingly good feeling to be care for & covered, by insurance! I truly never saw this type of insurance company existed, and so grateful that it does!
