Encompass Urgent Care Happy Valley

There are some unprofessional people that work here that like to talk badly about their patients outside the door like we can't hear them. They didn't help me at all And they couldn't even test my blood correctly. Never coming here again!

Don't ever go here. Lost my test. Took them up to 2 weeks to get my test results back. DO NOT GO HERE.

This urgent care clinic used to be really good. I don't know what happened. The last several times my family has had to go, we've had nearly hour long waits. I used to work ER, so I'm usually pretty patient when I know their is a legitimate reason; there was not. Furthermore last time my wife went in they denied our Tricare and made her pay up front; telling her they would bill it after the fact (even though it says they take it and there was no issue in the past). This place used to be great; I now would avoid it if at all possible.
