Providence Immediate Care - Happy Valley

Very quickly seen, very courteous and excellent care. As a primary care physician myself, I was very impressed by all the staff, from the receptionist to the medical assistant and the doctor. They listened to me and I left with the confidence that I received great care.

Sad to write this review because my experience there was really great! The lady that checked me in and the doctor and medical assistant were all fantastic. I called in to get my prescription changed to a new pharmacy because the pharmacy I originally sent it to was closed for the weekend. After calling providence and asking to be switched to another pharmacy, I drive to that pharmacy 45 minutes away to find out it was closed on the weekend. Which the lady at providence didnt seem like it was necessary to call me back and let me know she couldnt send it there because it was closed. So i found another pharmacy that was open and called back and asked her to send it there. She said she would send it there right after getting off the phone. I waited an hour and went to the new pharmacy, and then I got told that they hadnt heard anything from providence. So the pharmacy tech had to call her and get her to send the prescription over. So even after calling twice and each time being assured it was going to get done, it didnt. The tone the lady gave me both times I called was nasty. And I am confused why such a large establishment such as Providence would have someone working there with such poor customer service and work ethic standards. Extremely disappointed, the lady at a health clinic did not seem to care to help me get the only thing that would help my condition.

I recieved wonderful hel;p here 2/12/2024. from the greeting to time we left. Gina Calvert and others very good and positve at all times-really liked that. Better even than most clinics! thanks John long. gina

Terrible horrible no good very bad care. Save your money and go to an emergency room.

I went in about 10 minutes after opening and was seen right away! Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
