Cascade PT is the only place Ill consider for my PT needs. Ive had many injuries over the years and so grateful my doctor first referred me here. Ive seen almost all the PTs and they are beyond excellent. Additionally the staff are empathetic and so sweet. Big shout out to Liz (co-owner and PT) whose approach to healing is refreshing. Im a bigger bodied person and Liz has a beautiful unique lens that differs from our typical fat-shaming American medical model. Ive felt empowered and encouraged every time Ive left her office because of the way she reframes body strength, image, health and healing. If you are looking in the reviews for a place to get holistic PT this is it. You will not be disappointed.

Cascade PT is the best physical therapy for me. They are a great team-friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I usually see Liz but they are all great. Liz always finds the tight spots and resolves the them using a variety of standard and innovative techniques. I have several old injuries that flare up; Cascade PT makes it possible for me to stay active and do the things I want to do. I highly highly recommend Cascade PT. I wont go anywhere else!
