I worked with Sara for 7 weeks. She was great. Helped me find an ankle brace and showed me lots of exercises to help with my weak left leg an ankle. A great experience.

I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy! I couldn't have made it through this challenging time without them! I started seeing Sarah in March 2022 shortly after having a major reconstructive foot surgery coupled with a bunionectomy. I was non-weight bearing for 10 weeks, with many months afterward of limited mobility and a great deal of discomfort. As an active person prior to my surgery, the inability to move for so long added a heavy layer of stress to my life. The stress plus the pain has been incredibly challenging, but I know I couldn't have made it through without Sarah's support and expertise! She is AMAZING. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, intelligent, encouraging and optimistic. Not to mention she has an fabulous sense of humor and a beautiful ability to help me keep my goals and progress in perspective. At times I came into PT sessions feeling scared and frustrated that I'll never get my foot back, but I always left feeling grounded, patient, and able to remember how important it is to honor the remarkable healing power of the body and that it takes time.I have graduated from PT now (YAY), feeling stronger by the day, balanced, and equipped with the tools I need to supplement my yoga and other exercise practices safely and confidently. The exercises Sarah taught me will stay with me forever! She is a remarkable physical therapist! Her passion and love of her work shines through. She is a gem! I also want to give a special shout out to Daniel in the front office. He is professional, helpful, patient and courteous. Thank you all so much.
