Best Providence office ever. The front desk is amazing and the care team is always incredibly helpful. Shout out to Christine on my care team, shes the best!

A brief overview of what I've dealt with from this clinic over the past 6 months:
October 2023:
- A beloved doctor retires (Dr. Carpenter); clinic is mismanaged; clinic throws displaced patients to the curb.
- Get 'triaged' out, get told to go anywhere else for medical care and still be covered.
- Actually not covered, because I saw a provider outside the 'Medical Home'. (My current working theory.)
- Left for months without an in-network primary care provider.
March/April 2024:
- Go to ER after business trip, seemed like norovirus, actually COVID.
- Get prescribed Hydromet, Opioid cough syrup, without post-ER clinical visit.
- Almost three weeks later, still have barking cough, rib pain from coughing.
- Get told it's too early to start prednisone, come in to be seen, or suffer for six months with the cough. A complete reversal from past and historical treatment I'd received.
- Get the old run-around / pass the buck / 'He was different' / 'No one else here does it like he did' routine. Get told all the other doctors have a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT POLICY from what Dr. Carpenter had.
Right Now (Today):
- Still Coughing
- Sitting here writing this review
- Questioning how this level of grand incompetency and unwavering buck-passing by all parties is even achievable on any level
