    Waited literal months for my first appointment, took work off, day of I tried calling over and over at my appointment time (virtual system), and no one answered until so far into my appointment they they could not see me. Never experienced this kind of poor customer service in the medical field. Did not own that they did not have their phones on or do anything to see me sooner. I now have another month to wait, and meanwhile am not sleeping - and they don't care at all.

    I've been trying to get an in-home sleep study scheduled since April 2022 (its now August 2022) however I am unable to connect to the lab to get it scheduled. I'm only able to leave a voicemail, and afaik, no returned calls, certainly no voicemail in return. When I try to discuss this with the receptionist I'm reminded of the pandemic and that they are very busy. I've decided not to be another pandemic casualty and simply ask my doctor for another referral.

    I've been in Oregon for 6 months. The health services obtained have been excellent and almost all my medical services are from Legacy Health. On the night of December 26, 2018, I had to do some sleep tests. The experience was incredibly good. I forgot the name of the person who attended me, but he does an incredible job, very professional. I'm very happy. THANKS FOR THE CARE !

    It was an ordeal. Wires and mask. I could not sleep. The Tech was very professional and attentive. I stop sleeping at night and wake up gasping for air most nights. My only complaint is that this process is so slow. I want this devise, from what I have studied, I need it. why has it taken this long?
