Absolutely nothing against state farm or even Rob Hopkins tho we have never spoke. The office manager Suzann who handles pretty much everything from my experience has the worst customer service I have delt with. Having the "nice" attitude yet completely rude with passive aggressive remarks. Made me very uncomfortable when trying to ask simple questions. Was told naybe state farm was not for me because my inquiries over cheeper premiums. My advise is avoid this office if thats who the power is givin to.

I highly recommend Rob! He has the best employees! Suzann is always willing to help me out when I need it the most I’ve gone through another office before and they just changed everything and I just felt like they never helped me with my rates! Or coverage! I’ll definitely be keeping my services here!! Won’t go anywhere else !! Always positive when I have the most stupidest questions! Thank you all for the wonderful experiences every time I call you guys! 💕

Suzann, the office manager, has been very difficult to work with over the last several years. She does not respond to my questions/requests, or several weeks will pass before she does respond. When she responds, she doesn't pay attention to detail so she doesn't provide me with accurate/complete information that I have asked for, and overall she does not have good customer service. When I have asked to speak directly with Rob Hopkins, she would refuse to transfer me. I have been very disappointed with the service provided by this office and have transferred to another agent.
