I've tried to contact my rep multiple times. Luke Cooley. I've had issues with the App since week 1. Issues with my driver IQ app since about 4 weeks ago and no help. I've called multiple times. Emailed too.
Luke cooley is my rep, never gets back. The last contact I had with him he said my account is all good and he can see it on his end, even though I can't on my app.
My account was set up by two different people, April Cool and Leilani (unknown last name) over a month later Luke reached out and asked me almost the EXACT questions I had already answered and paperwork sent over to April AND Leilani. The lack of communication between your staff/reps is unprofessional at best. Your lack of response to my MULTIPLE issues with my app and my account should be known by everyone who considers using Country Financial.
