I've had a few try and fail to diagnose my Chevy Tahoe. As soon as Alex showed up on the scene he handled it professionally and within a reasonable time frame. He goes above and beyond with his kindness, understanding, and empathy. His prices are reasonable and fair and I'll definitely be using his services the next time I have any problems. Came to my work place. Found a fuse had burned out he wasn't even looking,for, replaced at no cost. And charged me a great fee to fix my break lights.

Alex just left my house and I'm absolutely stunned. He was so professional, so nice, and so knowledgable! I have a really old car that wouldn't be worth a ton of repair done, so he told me what options would be most realistic for my budget— I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything extra or that I didn't need. I was able to pay with a credit card right in my driveway. I will be going to him with everything that I need for my car for the rest of the time I live in Eugene. Really great guy with good prices on labor and materials. Will recommend him 100% in the future. Offers suggestions for services he does not offer and does quality work in quick time. Came for front brakes and tune up but was able to squeeze in a valve cover gasket in the time slot for a great price. If you need work done call this guy!
