We purchased our Kubota B7610 15 years ago and have used Mid Valley about 15 years ago and have received great service from Mid Valley over the years. Today we heard a bit of an unusual noise from the tractor, called Mid Valley who was able to send out their mobile mechanic. Not only did Jake quickly diagnose the problem he was able to fix it and change all of the necessary fluids while here. We're fans!

Bought a new Kubota 4 wheel drive lawn tractor with blower and 3 bag catcher in back a few years ago. Got home, the bagging system fell off with in 10 minutes, bolts were not tighten up. Called the owner, he said he would give me a gallon of hydraulic fluid when I needed to change it. Went to Eugene Hardware, got the bolts, installed properly. Went in a few years later to get the fluid, dealt with the owner, reminded him of his promise. He remembered. Turned it over to his son, son asked dad how much, said to sell it to me for wholesale, about $12.00. Wow, I didn't say a word for $12.00, paid and left. Now, how can a person not do what they say they are going to do for $12.00. I know the owner has little ethics or integrity. It was a while ago but I think about it when mowing. I understand everyone has their price but $12. I will not be back.
