Always have gone to Knects. With Brooks Cut Rate Auto Parts store gone Knects is the only Hometown auto parts store in the area anymore. They replaced my truck battery and that's more than I can say about Interstate Battery that only sells to mechanics businesses now. 3/27/2023 anounced all stores closing soon, going out of business at all locations.

When I called, they didn't say that the diagnostic machine was broken. Or that they wouldn't be getting fixed. Rudely abrupt the minute I walked through the door. I think they must be going out of business.

We pulled in on a cold dark evening during an ice storm because we realized (as did many others) that we needed new windshield wipers. I was planning to buy them and limp home until we could change them (everyone's favorite car maintenance chore). The guys working that night not only found the right wiper blades quickly and accurately, they came out and put them on the car right then and there! So cheerful and friendly and efficient! Service like it used to be in the good old days :-) Made a lifetime customer out of me.

It is unbelievable to me how a person such as Kevin that operates Knetchs now can be such a piece of work compared to the good all days when TJ and the boys used to run the place.
