Hard to get service. Very hard.

Given some of the bad reviews I've read regarding oil changes at Walmart, I felt it necessary to leave a review since this is my 2nd time getting one there in the last 2 years. For the most part it was pretty simple. Make an appointment, pull your car up to the car repair garage,(located on the far left w/11th st). A worker will come out and get your info and then will tell you roughly when it will be done. So I shopped and about 45 minutes later it was done. ( Though a text letting me know would have been nice). I then paid and left. Each time I have had an oil change here I was treated nicely, with no hassles into buying more stuff for the car. This time I even had the wipers replaced per my request. As I drove off I felt my car was treated well and that I was treated well. I don't see any reason why as to not returning for my next oil change. Update: don't get the standard window wipers for replacement, they are awful.

If you want to wait for 5 hours even with an appointment, then this is the place for you.

Waited 4 hours for our tire change today with a 9am appointment. Not one manager helped us. Passing us off to other people. So disappointing. Took 1/2 the day off of work!

Horrible customer service. Came in for an oil change at 7:15 in the morning. Told it would not be serviced until 8:30. At 10:15 they told me it would still be another hour. Out of frustration I left. Slowest technicians ever. Dont go there.
