        I've always had a very positive experience here, even when they have a line out the door they are quick and efficient at their job dealing with horrible customers. I drive from Albany just to go to this ups store because they are always quick and I'm in and out without any issues. The staff are awesome.

        The staff were very nice. I was visiting from out of town and they were helpful and friendly. The customers?! What is up with the customers they get?!?! I was making copies and this guy at the counter started yelling at the woman. She said, "Sir, I am trying to help you." "NO YOU ARE NOT. YOU ARE FIGHTING ME" etc etc. I thought he was going to get violent. Luckily the manager came out and said "you have to leave or I am going to call the police." After reading some of the reviews here and my experience, I have to conclude that there are some really whacked out customers in Corvallis. Something I expect in Seattle but not Corvallis.
