My pt seemed knowledgeable but had no bedside manners. Ya, I saw the eye rolls. After talking to several people, I think I’ll move on to a more encouraging therapist. Or YT my way back to health, I’m already doing much better when encouragement is involved. My first pt, Dave, was encouraging like a cheerleader! I strongly suggest him!

My assigned physical therapist was distant, uncaring, and never seemed focused on me. They always seemed distracted and more involved with their colleagues, rather than focusing on our session. Even after multiple visits, they never once explained the therapies we were working on, or how I could improve my limitations; instead, they kept requiring me to perform functions that only further exacerbated my symptoms, and rendered me with further limitations, without teaching me how to be functional and adapt, or improve them. Every visit reducing me to a point where I could barely walk out the door after the appointments. I left feeling continually worse about myself and my deteriorating condition after each visit. I did not feel respected, heard, validated, or understood, let alone coached, encouraged, or motivated. Instead, I felt mocked & condescended to, as coworkers made snide comments in passing. I was pushed to perform functions I could not do, in a public setting, and made to feel incompetent & incapable for not being able to meet their predetermined goals. In the time of pandemic, they had me using unsanitized, shared equipments and weights, with up to fifteen people in the room. I was reduced to tears and mortification at every single visit. No patient should ever be made to feel this way! Shame on you!

I felt better after every session w. pt Jeremy Solomon. He taught me exercises that I have been able to use since our sessions ended, and I am happy to say I am still feeling better. Thank you.

I transport Seniors and medically fragile adults to multiple heath care venues in Benton County every week and have visited Samaritan Physical Rehabilitation Specialists 815 NW 9th St Suite 180, Corvallis, OR 97330 several times last month (September 2019). The staff has consistently provided top notch care and support for all of my clients. They are super efficient and friendly. My experience as a volunteer medical advocate for the past 20 years has informed my perspective on the wide range of outcomes that a high volume heath care clinic can achieve - and I am delighted to report that the team at this location is top notch and deserves the highest rating of *****FIVE STARS*****.
