EDIT: As promised, I have edited this review based on my most recent experience. The doctors I see have been amazing, and the office was able to schedule me same-week through Mychart/email. If you are able to, I highly recommend scheduling online or through your patient MyChart instead of calling the office. Responses online are a lot more prompt, and no need to worry about being put on hold until after-hours. Save yourself some unneeded stress and/or frustration. My recent experience has been stress-free because I avoided the phone entirely. Original Review: I am sure they are being inundated with calls regarding omicron. However, this doesnt excuse them calling me at the last minute for a reschedule the next day (because one of my doctors was having a last-minute meeting), and then having me on hold for over 30 minutes until the automated message switched to after-hours. Tried calling this morning for reschedule appointment for 8:00am, but nobody was on the line. Is the practice open at 7am, or 8am? I cant tell because its in 2 separate places and nobody is answering the phone. Doctors are fantastic, but trying to even schedule an appointment is a nightmare. Ill amend this review once they fix their stress-inducing hold times.
