Giving more than one star cuz I love the brand, but the costumer service was a huge fail at this location. I am a big lulu fan and have never had service this bad. I had to start my own room, added 4 items (one at a time) to the room before someone asked if I wanted a room. It wasn’t even busy?! When I finally let myself in to my room, no one said a word to me. I did however hear about what all the employees planned to wear and dress up for as their Halloween costumes. The gentleman trying clothes on next to my fitting room was asked three times how he was doing and if he needed more sizes. No one asked me once. Is there some discrimination happening here? Pretty shady. Also… super limited selection in sizes and styles. I ended up ordering in store from their online inventory. Pretty disappointing.

I spoke with a gal from customer support asking about inventory, and she was so helpful. She asked for all of my feedback and thanked me for my loyalty. It was a great customer experience. I buy all of my athletic gear from lulu and it holds up incredibly well. I like that now there is enough variety to where I can wear the clothing for almost all of the sports and outdoor activities I take part in. Thanks Lulu team!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Treated with respect. Very attentive to detail and needs. Provided excellent service, good conversation and + vibes. Happy to shop here. Location is adjacent to the river walking path. If they do not have an item on hand, it will ship out in a timely fashion. Manager was really cool and staff very helpful.
