I just want to start off by saying- I have never been to a Lululemon before so I didnt really know what to expect. After the customer service here alone, I will absolutely go back. Lindsey was nothing but helpful, kind, and got my name right, which is a rare occurrence. I didnt catch the name of the other associate who was there at the register, but she too was nothing but a delight. They both went above and beyond and treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. Highly recommend stopping by here!!

The sellers laughed at the buyers as the buyers walked out the doors. It was very unpleasant to hear this while you were in the fitting room. I think this behavior is unacceptable.

After chatting with Karley Pierson about a pair of Lulus that I was not satisfied with, she suggested bringing them into the store for an exchange. When I returned, I had the best customer service experience. Lindsay was so kind and understanding. She offered advice and new legging suggestions, and I left with a new pair that I love! The whole process was quick and easy. Really appreciate the attentiveness and problem-solving efforts by both ladies!
