As property owners, we always know that Kelly looks after our properties with professional care, attention to detail, prompt response to tenant needs, and has years of experience and great knowledge of the rental market. Kelly has worked as our property manager for over a year. She sends us timely reports each month, keeps us up to date on developments, and quickly finds good tenants to fill vacancies. She is easy to reach, very responsive, and a really nice person. We enjoy working with her a lot!

High Country Property Management is by far the best management company I have ever dealt with. Kelly Dyer always keeps me informed on what is going on with my rental. She is efficient and prudent in the oversight of its maintenance. She works hard, and will go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done right.
