    Don't waste your time and don't give these people your business--they give you the run around and require SO much information from you all for what?? An overpriced unit without washer or dryer that they DON'T EVEN SHOW YOU BEFOREHAND?? It's criminal that they demand so much from renters yet offer little in return and expect you to sign a "Site Unseen Agreement". Extremely demanding from their side without providing you with any reassurances that you would even be given a quality property. My husband and I were denied because we lacked proof of sufficient income--now we will be renting from a place that requires $600 more per month! Insufficient my a**.

    I just moved into an apartment with A Superior Property Management, and I'm beyond words to describe how amazing they were through the whole process! Especially Mieke (Mee-ka). She was truly exemplary! Being a renter with a housing voucher, it can be very overwhelming finding a place to rent. But from applying to getting my keys, Mieke's professionalism, fast responses, and compassion for her work eliminated all the anxiety and overwhelming feelings I had. I'm beyond grateful for all her help and love my new apartment! Superior Property Management clearly is in the business of making people happy and finding them a wonderful place to enjoy and call home. I could not ask for a better experience, thanks to Mieke and the Superior Property Management team. Thank you so much! : )

    We feel lucky to rent through A Superior Property Management! Everyone on the team is very kind and easy to work with. Whenever an issue pops up, they take it seriously and do everything they can to make things right. Thank you to the ASPM team, you guys always go above and beyond and were thankful to be tenants!

    Prejudice to low income and section 8, not so perfect people. They have no understanding, are very short and stereotypical. These agencies should really be regulated more by the government. It is not right that a 75 year old disabled widowed woman with no credit and no rental history because her husband past away with everything in only his name. She will never get a chance even though she has section 8 and a great size voucher plenty to cover this rent but no understanding from these property management companies. It's ridiculous and unethical for them to have the power to make our homeless population so big and growing. That is why people are trashy, no one gives anyone a chance. If you aren't at least an 8 out of 10, you aren't renting a home no matter what you do unless you are of uppity descent and ride as high as they do. Merry Christmas, I hope that your warm on the street, because if your past isn't great, not money nor school not trust, and not effort will help you in these agencies.

Hi Ana, I am disappointed that you didn't have a good experience with us. I wish we could have found you a great home but I am so glad that it sounds like you did. Just to be clear the only time we require you sign a sight unseen addendum is if you are unwilling or unable to see the unit in person. We always show you a video tour & then prefer to show the homes in person, so we know you like the home and there aren't any surprises! If you chose not to view the home in person, there are obvious reasons, we would need to protect ourselves and the homeowner from you having major concerns at move in and not wanting the home that was held for you. As far as not meeting our income criteria, that is clearly spelled out before you apply. I truly dislike to taking peoples hard earned money and wasting our time, keeping the home on the market longer than it should. When you could have just read the requirement of making three times the rent, which is very common. However, like you said you found someone who requires less. That is great! I wish you the best and remember read those requirements before signing the dotted line as every company is different and is required to be very clear on what it takes to be approved.

Hi Jerami,I am very sorry that we were not able to approve your application. We are in the business of helping people and renting homes- that is our goal. When people don't meet our criteria, we have no choice but to deny them. It has nothing to do with section 8. We rent to people with section 8 all the time. Also, age doesn't matter. And there are government agencies that monitor us very closely. That is why we have to treat everyone exactly the same. We can't approve one person under guidelines than another. I wish we could of helped you guys, truly. That is why I am in this business. The last thing we want is people on the streets. Best of luck.
