okay so... the process went by smoothly, ok... the girl was nice.... ok. i got my federal tax... ok. note: i went to see them around january 2016. fast forward... it is not july 2016 and still no state tax. so i contacted them and all they said was that it was "accomplished" and all they did was forward me to the oregon state hotline or whatever and all that number did was have me listen to a voice box and in the end tell me the exact same thing. i want to know where my check is. i want to know when i will get it. so i was hoping someone in this company can help me cause they were the one who i paid to help me file my taxes and here they are transfering me to a voice box that doesnt even help at all!

This place now goes by Fast And Accurate and seriously worst experience ever! First we were needing to fill a 2014 tax return because we were trying to buy a house in 2016. He charged us $279 for a simple 1040 single no dependents tax return. I went ahead and payed thinking it was alot because it was 2 years late. No biggie, He said we owed the state $430 so I went ahead and sent the state a check. Then a couple days later "Wayne" said the taxes had gotten rejected and I needed to bring everything in again. Well stupid me for not throughly checking everything was correct. Turns out he hadn't put down both last names like they are on my social security card. Then he "corrected" it and turns out I only owed $83 to the state after all and was going to get refund from federal of $114 . I was thinking awesome. I asked him what to do since I had sent the $430 check in he said to not worry they'll send it back since it had wrong information on it. Wrong. Fast forward 10 weeks later. Taxes are still in "processing mode" because he misspelled the last name and again only put one last name not both. We ended up having to go to the IRS office downtown to have them corrected and have to wait another 9 weeks. Have to dispute the State of Oregon because they cashed both our checks of $430 and $83. And still no refund and because the taxes didn't process in the window we had for the house (which we gambled on because we thought 3 months was more then enough time) the house contract fell through. So here we are $827 short with the whole process of filing. Go somewhere else please and save yourself the hassle and headaches
