        The JHTS kiosk was inside Wal-Mart. I wish they had a waiting area, and more than two on-site reps for us last minute filers that were lined up on the tax deadline date. It was a three hour experience. Fortunately there's a Taco Bell inside that Wal-Mart. I grabbed groceries and lunch while waiting. The rep called when she was ready. Elizabeth?, the representative that assisted me was detailed, patient, and informative! Next year, I'm going to schedule an appointment!
