Aster Parc Apartment & Townhomes

Tried contacting the office everyday for WEEKS. We put in an application for a unit because we were desperate to find a place, paid about 150 in application fees, and then never heard back. Actually, that's not true. The day after we submitted the application I got a text from their number saying I hadn't submitted sufficient proof of income and I needed to provide them with more paystubs (about 4 months worth which is insane but I did it. I replied asking how long it would be before we heard back and got no response. Then never heard from them again, even after calling their main office everyday for several weeks and leaving countless messages. Probably stole all of our financial info and sold it or something. DONT LIVE HERE.

We rented this place out right when COVID hit and we were unable view the unit due to COVID. The videos/pictures were so convincing we decided to proceed with renting. Upon move in we were surprised with how “dirty” the complex was. It was covered in graffiti/trash. Almost all the unit doors had dents in them like there were previous attempted break ins. We’ve lived here for almost a year and do not plan on renewing. The children that live here completely trash the complex. There a few homeless people who wonder around and go through garbages and have lingered since move in. The parking situation is a complete joke and so is management. We have contacted them multiple times to rent a garage and never heard anything back. Please save your money and don’t move in here.

AVOID. Flew out from another state to view the apartments-it was first on my list. Had been in touch with them the minute I landed up until I got to the complex waiting for a code to the lockbox. Messaged them saying I was at the unit, no lockbox on the door and it looked like someone was living in it. Asked if there was a mistake in the unit number when they replied saying the unit was suddenly not available. No explanation at all. Lousy, lousy, lousy and super-shady too since they took a copy of my driver's license for the supposed self-guided tour that suddenly wasn't happening. This could be an opportunity for identity theft. I am not pleased whatsoever with the experience I had which was just downright rude and inconsiderate. To make matters worse, apparently I was double-booked with them and got a note to confirm a viewing of the SAME unit 2 days later! Pass on this and find a place that won't waste your time or potentially steal your identity.
