Is this place even in business???? I tried calling them a week ago, left a message and still no response back. After reading other reviews I quickly changed my mind about using them!

There were multiple problems but the biggest problem is the counter installers drilled a hole in the counter top for a cup cleaner to be installed.  The next day when their plumbers came they said they couldn't install it because of where the hole was and it would be crooked.  After they left I looked at what they were talking about and it was an easy fix.  I emailed the company and asked for the plumbers to come back out and install it as was promised.  They never responded.  I left 3 voicemails and 3 emails over a 3 week period with no response.  So now I have a very expensive counter with a hole in it.  I filed a complaint with the BBB and they wouldn't ever respond to them.

We had our counters done about a year and a half ago. We got a chip in the corner and along the edge. We have been calling and trying to schedule to fix them sense the end of May 2022, NO ONE CALLS US BACK. I cant tell you how many times we have left a message. THEY WILL GET BACK TO US.A big B.S. on that. I want my guaranteed counters repaired!! Services: Kitchen countertop replacement, Granite countertop installation
