Chris was super helpful with our dilema. Our stainless sink suddenly came loose from our quartz top on Thursday evening 4/4/24. Our counters were installed 11 years ago by a contractor who is no longer in business. Chris arranged for his installer to come by the next day and reinstall our sink, much to our satisfaction. Counter top was manufactured to our requests. Product arrived when promised. Installation team was very professional. Only issue was the shelf support in my corner cabinet was snapped off during demolition. The team had not tried to reinstall the shelf in the cabinet or knew it was broken and didn't try or inform me. I was a little concerned about the documents I signed on the installers phone as the print was small and I was not given the option to obtain a copy. I called your office and the documents from the installer was sent to me electronically so I could review them and print them out for my files. The person that came out to measure for the counter top was very professional and answered all of my questions.
