Service staff very helpful and honest. Saved me from buying $50 fenders for a crappy bike that wouldn't last anyways. Tuned my brakes for free! Dan is the man.

I took an old but good mountain bike into the shop to see if it could be salvaged, I informed them I was limited on funds. The staff was great. They worked on my bike for me and then didn't charge and gave me a lot of great advice and said: "Please come back if we can help you with anything else." Plus they have an electric bike that's right out of a Steampunk anime.

I've been coming here for over a year. I've purchased bikes for myself, my wife, my son, and my daughter and every one of us is pleased with the coaching and help we got to choose the right bikes for each of us. All the staff are very educated and very helpful. It's the opposite of the intimidating jerky approach to bike sales I've experienced at other places.
Not to mention, I came in for a free post purchase tune-up today and there is a beer fridge from the Hopworks guys with a free beer for me while I wait! That just happened!

I visited BNH yesterday, and wanted to purchase a bike valve cap. But they are really nice and kind and gave me the part for free. I really like this shop. Recommended!

Friendly folks did some adjustments to my rear wheel quickly and happily. Thankful to get my bike back the next day.
