Veloce Bicycles

I just rented from Veloce for the second time. Again, a great experience. I was the first rider on a sweet new Orbea roadbike and had a beautiful spin through the wine country. Great service and good prices. I'll definitely rent from VeloceBicycles again!

I'm saddened to hear that this shop is closing. I've had nothing but good, personable service from Veloce. Brent and his staff have been down-to-earth, friendly and knowledgeable when ever I've visited them. Not to mention, it's pretty close to where I live, which is nice. But mostly it just feels like a nice place to be when you're inside chatting with the guys. They managed to not make it feel like a "machine" that's only interested in getting your money and moving on to the next potential customer. I've only been in the neighborhood for 2+ years but I'll miss having Veloce as a trusted resource for my cycling needs.

Not the best customer service! I was ignored and a customer who came in after me was acknowledged first! It sounded like they had improperly installed a tube on a kid's bike and it failed minutes after installation! I'll take by business elsewhere!

Work was done well at a fair price and turned around quickly. Comfortable environment for a female cyclist.
