        Anna, thanks for helping me and all the other customers. I watched you deal with an irritated customer with professionalism. I have to brag about how smoothly you handled her chatter with a smile, then came right over to help me with a smile. You're a special kind of patient and polite person, and you handled the pressure of the issue the store had with printing an emailed file, that wasnt working. You handled everything. I hope they see this and give you a raise. It's so much tension in Tulsa, and people seem to mistreat others for whatever reason. If I had a business, I would definitely hire you to be the manager.
