To the owner Mr Ben F., I tried my best to give Staples in Lawton location a second chance. Today at 10:15, May 15, 2023, I came into Staples get two copies of a document, front and back. Ms Christy, who was assisting me, was very professional, and very willing to listen. Then Ms. Christy asked a question about copying the paper from front to back, I suggested that she use the mode one to page 2 feature. Then a young lady with long, dark hair, navy blue jeans, yelled out, sir I got it. I stood there in shocked of how she addressed me. I stood there and watched her and Ms Christy burn trees. Then the young lady who was assisting Ms Christy yelled out loudly, what do you want done again. If she would have just professionally assisted Ms Christy and stop trying to be sarcastic towards me. She would have known what I wanted. Once again, sarcastic attitudes and lack of professionalism are killing the customer service at the Staples location in Lawton Oklahoma.

Refused to accept my prepaid ups shipments and claimed it was because my box was too big and they can't accept it because of policy. That statement was a lie, i have worked at staples in the past and that isnt a thing.
This box was fairly large but still smaller than the typical office chairs box they sell in store. The manager Marcus shouldn't be in his position if that is what he considers "customer service " it's basically because they don't want to work.
