Wish I could say ANYTHING positive about our business dealing with FROGs.
My husband and I were totally taken in by the owners Christian scripture and analogy of giving gifts. We started working with the owner the beginning of May 2023 (currently January 2024 and we still don't have them). Our request was a custom piece. My husband and I went back and forth to get the proof just right. I am sure the graphic designers were and are stretched to their limit. Hate to say we paid $1200 up-front to get the process started.
Currently, we are told it has been forwarded to the engraver and "they are dragging THEIR feet". It has gone from 3 months promised to 8 months. I hope we even get them but It is not looking too good.

I am sorry that happened to you. I was the graphic artist working on your stuff. I no longer work there because he stopped paying me and still owes 3000.00 to me and money to the two that were left. I hope that they come in soon. I know you've been waiting a long time. God Bless You.

This shop is great, family owned and has been supporting Ft Sill for decades. I went in there needing a last minute plaque for that evening. It was an emergency. They were extremely helpful and started right away. They even showed me the equipment used and let me be apart of the design process which was very helpful. In two hours I walked out with an amazing looking plaque for a soldier getting out of the Army. The Soldier was blown away. They are fast and efficient as well as friendly. I will be taking my business here again. It's an easy decision to make.

This place has so much potential but it is horrible! No respect for costumers time. I ordered something and never got the preview I was expected to get. On top of that order was not ready on time and had to come back later and even then order wasnt ready. When they finally finished it was not well done and was missing some things I requested. Do not recommend. Save your money and time.

I agree about the potential and that it is horrible (place to work). I was asked to do everything and i was hired to do art. Graphic Artists make approx 18.00 - 25.00 an hour. i made 12.00 an hour, and started at 10.00/hr. with no paid vacations, days off no holiday pay or time and a half for overtime no insurance no benefits at all.
