Steve Parker, Delta Home Inspections, is a fantastic inspector! Because he inspected our home, there were no surprises when we moved in. He goes above and beyond, treating each inspection as if it’s his home. He inspected a home for a single woman and took extra time to explain how to easily fix some deficiencies he found in her new home , which if he hadn’t might have kept her from buying a great home for herself.
