    Racheal Is very helpful she so sweet I have lost my debit card so much she actually helped me try a way not to lose it and on top of all that I told her how my last problem I use to put my cards in my phone and somebody took my information she gave me a phone case omg I love her!!!!

    Beware. Do not get Jen as your mortgage originator. You will not close on time! Go to the Jenks location instead. - poor communication. Pick up the phone, pick up the phone, respond to emails!! -does not keep track of closing dates or important milestones as to when to have paperwork in. She was completely caught off guard when we told her our closing date was 3 days off. Our closing date was 45 days out! Come on. We had movers coming, contractor, utilities to be turned on and time off from work scheduled! -does not return phone calls (except when she is flying back from vacation in Hawaii??) - her estimates on mortgage payments are WAY off (the final quote on our monthly payments was less per month with less money down over the same term??) - works from home. After demanding documents and proof of income (saying we wont be happy with her if we dont get in the correct paperwork) she does not check emails to verify what is being sent in is accurate until it is too late. -When a branch manger highlights signature areas on forms she rejects them. Maybe if she worked in the office we wont be having this problem?

    If I could read it negative or zero I would. Teller on the far left today Tuesday, October 12 was not very kind nor helpful whatsoever. (Rachel) I will be calling in speaking with the manager as well as posting this review. If you want to start your day off right dont go to TTCU Riverside. I tried making a shared deposit, which Ive done here before. I gave Rachel my account number and my Social Security number and she told me very hastily that she could access my account error code 62 you might wanna contact your bank smacked my card back down on the counter. I left livid. Went back because I was ready to go off, after calling my bank and them not seeing a problem. And wouldnt you know Joyce save the date and she knows how to do her job. Rachel I dont even work here but let me tell you the process to do a shared branch transaction you need to give the customer that shared branch deposit withdrawal form and then they need to write their member name number and amounts being requested or deposited on it and then you use your keyboard and be kind.

    Let me stay by saying I love this credit union as a whole. They've always helped my now ex wife and I with anything we needed with great customer service. That being said, i would suggest never ever going to the Riverside branch. They are slow, inefficient, and seem to lack any knowledge of how a financial institution should be ran. I don't know if its the management, or if they use this as a training store to weed out bad people or what. Everytime I try to go here to do anything, I'm constantly disappointed. Example: I walk inside to make a deposit and get some change for a 100 bill. First thing said to me. Sir, you need to put on a mask. Not good morning, not good to see you, not would you mind putting a mask on. All the other branches are nice about it. They are rude. Anyway, so i put the face diaper on and then i proceed with my transaction. I wasn't rude about it i have to wear one for work anyway when i go into places. So i give them my account and tell them i need to deposit two checks and i need change for 100.00. Instead of doing it the most efficient way, which is to complete the deposit then handle the change. She made me fill out a deposit slip, forced me to show them my ID, which you don't need to do when making a deposit, and slowly counted change for the 100.00 while putting it in as a deposit and withdrawal, making me sign to recieve the cash back. This took over 20 minutes when it should've taken 5. That's just one of the terrible experiences I've had there. I will never go there again. I'll keep it to Broken Arrow and the one on 81st street. Riverside needs to get rid of most of their people and managment cuz they are just dumb af.
