I love the apartment that I am in and the neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are very nice. It is pretty peaceful and very close to downtown.

Not long after I moved in was forced to go to a meeting where they read the rules to us & said after 3 complaints people would be evicted.  Neighbors on both sides have dogs who bark nearly the entire time they're gone.  They've had more than 3 complaints yet they're still here.  Both the police & animal control say it's their job to do something but nobody can make them.  This is the 4th low income apartment complex I've lived in & this is the 3rd time I'm going to have to move because people don't follow rules & the apartments don't enforce them.On top of this they have monthly housekeeping inspections which is harassment as far as I'm concerned.  Then when you call them about something broken it takes weeks to months for them to fix or replace.
